Hi! I'm Amanda, the chef and owner of Gingerly Baked. From a young age, I've had an unwavering love for food and the joy it brings into people's lives. Growing up, I eagerly assisted my mom in the kitchen, sparking my passion for cooking and baking. I dove headfirst into the world of baking at just 15, and after studying culinary arts in high school, I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Baking and Pastry Management at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Following graduation, I honed my skills at various bakeries, private clubs, catering companies and restaurants across Connecticut, New York and Colorado. In 2013, my husband and I made the decision to relocate to Colorado, drawn by its breathtaking landscapes, exceptional skiing, and vibrant live music scene! I also enjoy traveling and having the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse cultures and explore the wonders of the world.

My belief in the power of food to nourish not only the body but also the heart and soul has always guided me. Food brings people together in celebration, provides comfort, and spreads joy when shared with loved ones. At Gingerly Baked, I strive to contribute to these moments of happiness by crafting delicious cakes and desserts for my community. Every product made at Gingerly Baked will hold all my passion for baking and always be created with love.
